WISIONS

The Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy carries out research in sustainable development in order to define strategies and instruments at regional, national and international level. The activities focus on ecology and its interaction with economy and society. The Foundation ProEvolution based in Switzerland supports the initiative WISIONS.

Within the framework of WISONS’ programme Sustainable Energy Project Support (SEPS), Global Nature Fund receives support for the “Umeme Kwa Wote” project in Kenya. The solar lamp project for fishermen at Lake Victoria benefits from financial and consultative assistance.
