Communication plays an important role in the global co-operation of partner organisations. The enterprise Telekom supports thereby the international network “Living Lakes” of the Global Nature Fund. Concrete projects in the areas of lakes and wetlands are supported by the enterprise, in order to protect the unique nature and biodiversity as well as the drinking water reserves in the long run. Within the frame of the "3G-Greenbook Initiative", launched by Telekom, a catalogue for environmental requirements is being developed and will be implemented together with other cell phone companies.
